Tender For Biennial Maintenance Of Different Type Quarters With Minor Civil And Structural Works At Stps (Township) Gr I And Ii- 1 Expenditure Limit for Biennial maintenance of different type quarters with minor civil & structural works at STPS (Township) Gr.- I & II. NOTE:1. Quantity: Any quantity shall be executed of any item from WB PWD SOR (Building, Sanitary & Plumbing works w.e.f. Date: 01/11/2017)2. For Scope of Work pl. see Page- 11 of NIT.3. Man-power Deployment pattern:- Agreemental-B worker = 36 nos.(unskilled) & Non-agreemental worker = 01 no. (unskilled)Payment for engagement of workers shall be made at actual based on wage estimate w.e.f. 01.07.2024 (please see page - 11 & 12 of NIT) as per prevailing practice and reimbursement shall be made accordingly as admissible (please see cl. 3 in page-14 of NIT for reimbursement details).The quoted overhead/profit is not applicable over the reimbursement portions.4. Payment for material part shall be made at 70% only of any executed items from WB PWD SOR (Building, Sanitary & Plumbing works) w.e.f. Date: 01/11/2017.[Bidders should quote rate i.e. profit & overhead as percentage(%) above/below basis in this BOQ. This percentage rate shall be applicable during release of bill. ] 2 Engagement of 01 no. supervisor@Rs.23,600/- per month for supervision of the job.[NOTE: Supervisors wage includes variable DA for entire contract period(02 years) + agencys PF & ESI contribution only. In case the DA increases due to Government minimum wage circular then the agency has to comply the same.However the agency will not claim any extra amount to that effect i.e. no reimbursement shall be paid to the agency.
