Providing, fabricating & erecting MS Structural steel section such as columns, beams, trusses, purlins, handrails, gates etc.,including erecting true line, level & plumb, preparation of base, providing & fixinghilty bolts of16 mm dia, 150mm length, 8 Nos in eachcolumn, providing & painting One Coat of approved Zinc Phosphate Primer of asian paints / berger make and Two Coats of first qualityPU enamel paint of asian paints / berger make, of approved shade / colour etc., providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying / fixing Plain or Curved Galvalume Sheets for Roofing, Ridges & Cladding etc.[ 0.45 to 0 .47 mm thick] of Colour Mat Finish Coating: AZ - 150 / 550 MPA, Paint : RMP [Regular Modified Polyester], Top Coat: 18 - 20 Micron, Bottom Coat: 5 - 7Micron, Trapezoidal Profile 0.47 mm thick at pitch 250 mm., Width 1060 mm, Length as per site measurement, Aluminium - Zinc Steel Sheet [Galvalume Base] 55 % aluminium, 43 % Zinc, 1.60 % Silicon with Tensile strength of 345 to 550 MPA including providing & fixing necessary self drilling screws of best quality & EPDM washers, Galvalume sheets Roofing with Galvalume Ridges shall be of approved shade / colour & confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition and of approved make, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing Staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.Note: The rate is inclusive of required size ridges, separate payment will not be paid for ridges.
