All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 11 Carriage of F.A. by M.T lead 10km 12 Carriage of C.A. by M.T. lead 10km 13 P/F of following PVC pipes & fittings of standard quality & make (B type) Prince or equivalent incl.including PVC waste fittings (Collars, Teess, Elbows etc.) jointing/testingcomplete(100mm) 14 Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.Internal work Concealed fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing including cutting chases and making good the wall etc. 25mm 15 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm dia CP Brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality and make, including painting of fittings and rackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required:-White Vitreous China Wash basin size 550x400 mm with a 15 mm single hole basin mixer incl white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings. 16 P/F Electrific Fitting incl. all appliances, conduits, wiring of approved brand and manufacture all complete. 17 P/F of Water Gyser 25 Ltrs capacity of approved brandand manufacture all complete. 18 P/F glazed shutters for windows with galvanised MS wire incl. fittings and fuxtures all complete. 19 Add provision for signboard, photographs, glass panes, towel rods, looking mirrors (large size) all complete of approved quality and manufacture (to be paid as per actual)
