Centrifuging of oil filled in oil tanker uninterrupted till the desired BDV value of the oil is achieved, filling of transformer oil into main tank and conservator from oil tanker, then centrifuging & circulation of the oil in transformer and conservator un-interrupted till the desired BDV values of the oil and IR values are achieved including recording of all oil parameters such as temperature, vacuum, insulation resistence etc. every 2 Hours. Centrifuging machine, its operator, all associated T&P etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

The following works are to be carried out for replacement of gaskets of 20 MVA T/F-I (IMP make) alongwith other associated works at 132 KV S/S, Asha, with cost of man, misc. consumables Crane / Hydra centrifuging machine normal & special T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of the job as per technical specification & direction of supervising engineer as per details below:-(i) Complete draining of the transformer oil form the 20 MVA T/F into oil tanker / oil drums & stacking than at proper place.

(ii) Providing & replacement of old Gaskets form different parts, radiators, pipe lines, inspection window, conservator, MOG, PRV, buchholz relay etc. except main tank of the above 20 MVA Transformer. The scope of work involves repairing of PRV and MOG as per site condition, removal of old Gaskets, Cleaning of surfaces, providing & fabrication of Gaskets fo appropriate sizes out of gaskets of thickness 12/10/8/6mm of Konica/Torborze/Nu-cork make adn fixing of Gaskets at Proper place with adhesive alongwith other associated works.

Supply installation & commissioning of LED street linght luminaries 120 watt aluminium dia cast transportation upto site, insurance etc and any other job requested to properly execute the complete work.
