    Tender For Integrated Development Of City Bus Terminal And Commercial Zone Facilities At P4 Parking, Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow On Design, Build, Finance, Operate And Transfer (Dbfot) Basis - Annual Concession Fee 2 Annual Concession Fee (with FAR: 2) 3 Note:a The Project shall be awarded to the Bidder quoting the highest Annual Concession Feeb The Annual Concession Fee shall be exclusive of GST and all other taxes.c The GST and all other taxes, if any shall be paid by the Selected Bidderd The First Annual Concession Fee offered by the Selected Bidder should be paid on or before 30 (thirty) days prior to the 2nd Anniversary of the CODe The Annual Concession Fee shall be increased by 5% (five percent) every year over the previous year’s Fee on compound basis
