    Tender For New Cross Regulators and Repair of Head Regulater of Bhadras Dy - Supply & Fixing of Spindle of Rod 50 mm dia, total length of a rod = 2.00 R.M. 2 C.I. horsing Nut & Handle 3 Gun Mettals Bush 4 Thursed bearing 5 Electic arc welding of 18 mm thickness of job 6 M.S.Angal section of 75x75x8 7 M.S.Plate of size 8mm 8 C Channel 9 Replacing of Musical Note type side rubber seel as per IS code 11855 by removing old/dameged rubber seel from gate, scraping & cleaning surface, making holes, fixing clamping the M.S.Plate by new counters sunk head high tensile boards, nut & vaser making adjustment as per requirment of site including cost of all labour material &T&P for proper completion of work. size 120 x 12 mm 10 Painting on old rusted steel surface of gates & appurtenances after prepration of surface properly by sand Blasting process and applyng 2 coat of jinc rich primer and 2 coat of solvent less epoxy paint including all labour material &T&P etc for proper completion of work. 11 Supply & Fixing of Gate in proper position 12 1st class Brick (M150) work 1:4 with Cement Mortar including Labour T&P etc complete workas per ID specification & directionas per Engineer-in -charge. 13 12 mm cement plaster of mix (in coarse sand)1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)on brick Masonary including cost of all material, Labour T&P etc required for proper completion of Work as per ID specification & as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 14 Finishingwallswithwaterproofingcementpaintofapproved manufacturerssuchasSuperSnowcem,Durrocem,Robiacem, Guttucem, supermen quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (one coat) over one coat white cement primer to give even shades after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.
