Transportation of excavated soil (borrowed earth from nearby local source), loading, unloading, laying and spreading the soil as per given cross section in layers of not more than 250 mm including compaction by mechanical means. The quoted rate should be inclusive of cost of soil,hire charges of machinery, labour charges, tools and tackles, fuel charges, maintenance, all applicable taxes, royalty charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
