Clearing shrub jungles and uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees of below 1 meter girth on pre-measurement including removal of debris and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and de-lifts etc., with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cmand laying in layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth to proper slope and profile with supply of all labour and tools and plants, all materials all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleteriousmaterials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of wateretc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for all C.C. andR.C.C. works including false work and dismentalling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge. (For Foundation and Plinth)

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with all labour. T&P materials and labour cess as required for the work finished smooth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
