    Upkeeping Of Inspection House Situated At 20-Clive Road Hydel Colony, Civil Lines District-Prayagraj - Providing cateringservices in erectorhostels/Guest houses/ Inspection houses above4 suites including maininance and cleaning of cutlery, crockery and also including provision of morning/evening tea and meals on payment basis to the guests/ occupants. (CSI No. 23.01b) NSI Sl. No.87 2 House Keeping of all suits, dormitary, dining hall, kitchen & outer area that include lobby, stairs, road, parking including cleaning/sweeping/dustingand praparation of bed with clean and ironed bed sheet /cover/pillows/blanket etc. Proper cleaning of bathroom, providing with soap, bath soap, shampoo pouch, odonil, sanitry cubes, cleaning big and small towel, Mosquito repellant as and when required its also add removal of rubbish from permises. Rates include all labour, material, T & P required for proper completion of work. (For One Month per sqm of carpet area) For VIP Districts like Lucknow , Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Noida only (CSI No 23.17) 3 Maintenance of lawns, grass ,seasonal flower bed,Hedge etc including plantation of seasonal flower plants,permanent ornamental plant etc in flower pots/moasic gamala /lawn/earthen gamala etcincluding cost of all materials,labour & required T&P etc for proper completion of work as directed byEngineer I/c . NSI 4 Providing additional manpower (2 No.) for exigency as per direction of engineer incharge. NSI 5 Providing Lunch/Dinner in Guest House during departmental meetings/official visit as directed by E/I. NSI 6 Providing Breakfast in Guest House during departmental meetings/official visit as directed by E/I. NSI
