Tender Specification for MS Weld Mesh Bottle Booth1. General Description: Fabrication, supply, and installation of a Mild Steel (MS) Weld Mesh Bottle Booth for plastic bottle collection. The booth shall be bottle-shaped with a 6-foot length and a 2-foot diameter, with tapering beginning after 4 feet and extending over 2 feet to 20 cm for bottle insertion. Designed for outdoor durability, especially in coastal environments.2. Material Specifications: Weld Mesh: MS, 25 mm x 25 mm grid, 4 mm thick, powder-coated or hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance. Structural Support: 2-inch wide, 18-gauge MS flat bars at critical points, as per officer instructions, powder-coated for durability. Leg Support: At both ends, 2.5-inch MS angle of 6 mm thickness will be used, with one end raised 1 meter where the bottle insertion opening is provided, and the other end raised 35 cm from the ground.3. Bottom Gate: Size: 40 cm x 40 cm, MS sheet, hinged with latch and lock for easy bottle removal.4. Project Information Board: Material: MS sheet displaying project title, location, and usage instructions in Malayalam.5. Durability & Maintenance: Weather-resistant design, allowing easy access for collection and transport. Low-maintenance, easy-to-clean surfaces. 6.
