| 1 | Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of 28 HP capacity top discharge VRF (package type) outdoor unit Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type Air Conditioning system, with R-410 Eco Green Gas suitable to operate at 100 % capacity at 43° C and non-stop cooling even at 56° C ambient temperature equipped with highly efficient fully 100% duel invertor scroll type compressors, duel PCB, heat exchanger with matching air-cooled condenser with copper tubes and aluminium fins duly covered by anti-corrosion and a hydrophilic resin film, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error,high/low pressure cut-outs, oil pressure failure switch, fan motor, safety thermostat over current relay, fusible plugs, fuses etc and suitable for operation on 380-440V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC Electrical power supply.Note :Rate inclusive of the following items :-(a)Installation testing and Commissioning of VRF outdoor units, fittings (imported U joints & header etc) complete all as per specification (b)To flush the system with food grade Nitrogen Gas to remove carbon content, dirt particles to make sure that there is no chance of mixing any impurity with refrigerant Gas.(c) Gas Charging and pressure testing of system with Nitrogen Gas with 1.5 times of working pressure of R 410A Refrigerant gas to ensure leak proof system. Toping up of refrigerant after leakage test wherever necessary.(d)Vacuuming the system upto 500 micron level which ensures the zero moisture content level in piping which results in better cooling efficiency and long life of the system. |
| 2 | Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of four way cassette type indoor unit with fully threaded for ceiling suspended units with anchor fastener, re joint and remote control of indoor units complete of 3.2 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed |
| 3 | Supply, installation testing and commissioning of refrigerant piping for VRF system of appropriate size between indoor and outdoor units. This will include the following :-(a) All piping will be run on fully thread rod fastened & galvanised Channel, all insulation joints will be tied with PVC pipe wherever necessary. (b) The copper pipe being used will be of fine quality & as per gauge as specified by the manufacturer accordingly.(c) The brazing of all copper pipes will be done with 2% silver brazing rod.(d) Nitrile insulation sleeves are to be used over copper pipes for better thermal efficiency.Note :Entire copper piping will be pressure tested to avoid any failure leakage.Nitrogen will bled during entire brazing process so that the possibility of carbon deposits into pipes may be minimized |
