Repair, Operation And Maintenance Of Gym Equipments Installed At Various Locations Within Jmc Limits (75 Wards)- 1 Enagagement of skilled Blacksmith(1st class) for welding any damaged parts of instlled machinery, fabrication of any joints, fastners etc required at site for repairing of machinery 2 Engagement of Helper (technician) for assisting skilled blacksmith in repairs of machinery 3 Engagement of Mason skilled for making repairs to any damaged foundations and embedding concrete 4 Engagement of Coolie for assisting the masons in repair of concrete 5 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed All kinds of soil : 6 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 7 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 9 Replacement of rubber hand grips including supply and fitting 10 Replacement of SS ball bearings basic dynamic load 1.56 KN including supply and fitting 11 Replacement of Air Cycle Pedals including supply and fitting 12 Replacement of LLDPE caps of various dia including supply and fitting and matching in color to the exisiting equipment 13 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On steel work 14 Replacement of Twister Plates in MS diamomd plates of Dia 300 mm as required including cost of fitting shaft and indented bearings complete 15 Replacement of Footrests in MS with LLDPE cladding/PVC covering in colors and make as required at site including cost of fitting shaft and indented bearings complete 16 Providing legs of Airwalker in single or in pair, as per the exisiting equipment installed matchinbg color and thickness of pipe of approved make including transportation to site, painting, cost of screws, replacement of bearings, welding, hosting, fixing in place all complete. 17 Replacement of Arm wheel handle made of HDPE/LDPE plastic as required comlete with screws, of matching shape and color in terms of existing equipment all complete
