Regular Cleaning of Indira Bhawan Campus, Basement including ramp, open spaces, 6 Terraces around building, 2 Porch terraces, 9th & 10th floor terraces and open spaces, all Ducts, all windows, balconies and drainage pipes etc. complete. Cleaning & Mopping with wet duster with disinfection solution of Upper Basement Corridors, Ground Floor Corridors & open spaces, 7th & 8th floor Corridors & 10th floor Rooms all Staircases & Lifts. Cleaning & Mopping with wet duster with disinfection solution of G.F., F.F., 7th & 8th floor Toilets with cleaning materials, bleaching powder, Phenyl liquid & balls in urinals. Daily disposal of garbage, malwa and dead animals at nearest Nagar Nigam garbage disposal centre or other suitable places at a distance of 3.0 Km. from site including loading & unloading etc. and painting of required areas with lime/snowcem/oil bound distemper including all complete as per instruction of E/I. Brooms, Dusters, Disinfection Solutions, Bleaching Powder, Phenyl liquid & balls, all T&P are inclusive in this tender.
