Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - Major overhauling of Milling Tower of Skoda Turn mill Plan No1 264 of Bay3 Block1; As per tender document; No; Buyer Premises(A) FINANCIAL CAPACITY: The Bidders/ Firms who fulfil the following requirements shall be eligible to apply. Joint ventures are not accepted. A.1 Average Annual financial turnover of last 3 Financial years, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 should be at least Rs. 1,14,750/-. A.2 The tenderer must submit documents in support of prequalifying requirements as under, duly certified by authorized signatory: Documents RequiredA.2.i. Copy of Audited Profit & loss account statement, Audited balance sheet and Income Tax return of previous three financial years (FY) i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 along with UDIN VERIFICATION PRINTOUT of each year’s Profit and Loss account. A.2. ii. Covering letter duly certified by CA, with calculation of average financial turnover of previous three financial years (FY) as per point no. (A.2.i). A.2.iii. If audit is not compulsory by Act then CA certificate in this regard and ITR with 26AS of each year as per point (A.2.i). (B) EXPERIENCE: B.1 Experience of having successfully completed <similar works= during last 7 Years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following: - Three <Similar works= each costing not less than Rs. 1,53,000.00/-. Or Two <Similar works= each costing not less than Rs. 1,91,250.00/-. Or One <Similar works= each costing not less than Rs. 3,06,000.00 /-. Note: Value of work experience certificate shall be considered without GST. Definition of <Similar Works=- Similar work means mechanical overhauling/ repair/ rectification/ reconditioning/ AMC of machine tools. (c) 4. LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS with Technical OFFER The tenderer should submit documents in support of pre-qualifying requirements as under: 1. Copy of Income Tax return and copy of Audited PL A/c, balance sheet of previous three financial years (FY) i.e. 2021-22,2022-23 and 2023-24 along with UDIN verification Printout of each financial year’s P&L Account statement 2.
