Fly Ash brick Masonary in cement morta (1:6) in foundation/superstructure using fly ash brick of 23cmx11cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength in between 75 kg to 100kg per sq .cm with diamantion tolerance + 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering& corbelling watering and curing for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalties DMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specificationdirection of the E.I.C.

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&Prequired for the work with all taxes and royaltiesDMF (10% over Royality),EMF(5% over Royality)& Addl.charges , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather paint of approved shade on wall surface to give an even shade over a coat of primer including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping, cleaing rubbing scaffloding with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
