No change of brand shall be permitted ai a later stagewithout approval of Accepting Officer. Non compliance will lead to rejection of the bid in Tech evelution. (b) The work pertaining to smartperiodical servciesshall be executed from authorized applicator approved bymanufacturer of which the materials i.e exterior emulsion paint, primer, putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor as per selected paint/putty manufacture. (c).50% of materials (mentioned at Srl Note (b) above) to be used in work shall bepurchasedby Contractor from original paint manufacturer or their authorized distributor before start of work andwill be kept at site in department store under the supervision of chokidar under lock and key with such mechanism that none of the party can withdraw materials from store without knowledge of other party. Daily consumption of materials shall be monitred in a register duly signed by contractor and Engr-In-Charge. Balance 50% of materials shall be procured after 50% progress of work.(d)Material will only be acceptable at site when purchased from original paint manufacture or, company authorized dealer and necessary confirmation to this effect shall be rendered by the 2nd Party of the MOU (Paint Manufacturer).(e)While claiming running account receipts (RAR) as well as post completion of work the Ist party to the MOU (contractor) is required to furnish a certificate from the 2nd (Paint manufacturer) as well as 3rd party(auth applicator) mentioning the quantity of primer and paint consumed in the work done pertaining to such RAR and that the consumed quantity as well as quantity of work is as per manufactures instruction 4 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed 5 Rendering 15mm thick on brick masonerysurface in cement mortar 1:4including water proofing compound and finished the surface smooth and even withoutusing extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed 6 5mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 tofinished even and smooth with extra cement complete all as specified and as directed 7 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed 8 Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) , including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed. 9 110mm bore PVC soil, waste, and vent pipe in any length with Rubber Ringjoint fixed to wall / laid in floors complete all as specified and as directedincl taking down old pipes of any description . 10 PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore provided with access door complete all as specified and as directed . 11 PVC (SWR) branch piece (Single T extra) equal or unequal 110 mm bore with oval access door complete all as specified and as directed. 12 PVC (SWR) branch piece with access door single Y equal or un-equal 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
