Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing & fixing of 0.5mm Corrugated Color coated Galvalume sheet. Thewidth of the sheet is 1025mm ± 25mmc/c , the crest height is 28mm ± 5mmat205mm ± 25mm c/cmanufactured out of 0.50mm TCT (total coated thickness) Hi – Tensile \CRgalvalume steel . The sheet shall have hot dip metallic coat of zinc and Aluminum (150 gms/sq). Zinc aluminum coating mass total on both sides(AZ – 150 as per AS 1397), 550 Mpa yield stress, providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colourof total thickness of 30-35 microns comprising of 20 microns exterior coat of SMP over5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surface . Rate shall include roofing and wall cladding with necessary lappings, end crimp sheet, edge flashing, painted with regular modified polymer system/silicon modified polyster system and all lappings pasted with Buttyl tape including cost of screws and necessary scaffolding etc complete as per standard specifications.Rate including all material, all labour charges,alllead, lift, transportation, taxes etc complete and measured per unit of laid areas.

Roof repairing works in G.I sheet roofing with flash tape including thecost and conveyance of all materials ,labour charges ,scaffolding, transportation ,taxes etc. complete (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual length of flash tape used in metre)

Dismantling the existing Aluminium partitions as per the direction of Engineer in charge .The dismantled materials should be disposed off/Stored in a place shown by the university authorities. The rate should include the cost and conveyance of all materials, Labour charges, lead, taxes etc. complete

Refixing the available aluminium partitions, Doors, windows etc by providing screws, cleats, rubber beading etc. complete. wherever required with necessary modifications as per the direction of Engineer in charge
