Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Fe Servicing Similar Category Amc Cmc Of Fire Extinguishers 1) To carry out on-site monthly servicing of Fire Fighting Equipment at BPI-1, 2 and 3 of HPCL NAL ASF. 2) Contract Period: 24 months (However, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract with one months notice if the services are found to be unsatisfactory). 3) Providing services for Refilling of CO2 Cartridges (180 gm, 220 gm & 1 Kg), CO2 fire extinguishers (4.5 Kg) and 9 kg ABC type Fire Extinguishers, Servicing of SCABA, hydrotesting of fire extinguishers etc. 4) The job includes monthly visits to HPCL NAL ASF to carry out the servicing and maintenance work to be carried out at the Location below: Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd. NAL ASF C/o Indian Air Force Nal Distt. Bikaner Rajasthan-334001 5) The FEs (fire extinguishers) that are to be refilled/hydrotested shall be collected from the location by the contractor. After completing refilling/hydrotesting, FEs shall be dropped to the location. 6) The CO2 cylinder connected to the 75 Kg DCP FE shall be considered together and charges for the services of both shall be included as services for one No. of 75 Kg. DCP FE only. 7). Any Fire Extinguisher parts - Hose, horn, if found damaged, to be intimated to Officer in Charge and replacement will be done by the party in the next visit. The payment of additional parts will be done separately if not covered in PO. 8) The supply of Material is on as and when required basis as directed by Officer In-charge and the supply shall be made within 15 days of intimation or during next visit for servicing, whichever is earlier. 1.
