Contractor to insert here-in-above their rate percentage by opting less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part II) rates. If net schedule rates are offered at PAR with MES Schedule, ‘0’should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/ Excess percentage inserted by the bidder here-in-above shall be deemed firm.The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.Note:- (i) irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, The net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix ‘A’ to Notice of e-tender. (ii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above) will not increased from the estimates cost of work.
