Note :- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage in fig after selecting Excess/Less at \"Select\" under column 4 hereinafter to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates.(ii) If 0(Zero) percentage is offered, the rate shall be reckoned as net (At par) with SSR.(iii) If no percentage is offered, the rate shall be considered as \"BLANK\"(iv) Estimated amount inserted by MES under column 5 and the total amount reflected at this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. The total work orders for various works/services however shall be placed during the contract period within this estimated amount. The work/services shall be ordered through work order to be priced at MES schedule rates Part-II 2020 duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the contractor.(a) To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the condition herinafter and also those referred to as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of 365 days from the date of acceptance of this contract or from the date given in Acceptance letter at the rates contained in MES Schedule subject to contractor\"s percentage as given in BOQ.OR(b) at such rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62(G) of IAFW-2249.
