    Tender For Repair And Maintenance Work At Te Building Bilaspur (Hp) (Sh:-Roof Repairing ); Sub-Head : Water proofing Providingwaterproofing treatment of roof with StarproofWF MB 602 and WF SP 600OR equivalent material as per recommended method statement i.e. - cleaning of slab with wire brush/grinding machine, repairing of surface /mud fuska with cement mortar mixed with SBR repair polymer appx 30%in ratio, filling the cracks with chemical mortar in ratio of cement /sand (1 cement:2 sand) and mixing 30% of SBR repair polymer. Filling all grooves completely with mortar and preparing 75x75mm fillets (golas) wherever damaged on vertical and horrizontal corners applying one bond coat of SBR mortar andapplying mortar when the bond coat is still tacky. Glass Fiber Meshto be used over golas preventing from possible leakages and then applying the first coat of WF MB 602with spray system in one direction followed bysecond and 3rd coatsof WF SP 600Grey Color in other direction perpendicular to first coat. ( Contractor also has to submit the garauntee bond of seven years.)
