Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches when ever any alarm is triggered.The Panel should be able to store sufficient numbers of 1og events in its Memory as per recommended standards. IS / NBC. Shiuld have the provision for incorporating with BMS. |
| 2 | The panel shall have in built rectifier, provision for external & internal printer ( if required ), Loop cards, L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address andanalog output, complete in all respects, in built Surge protection facility, integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells of 24 Y capable of running for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during Emargency condition, with integral battery charger complete as required. |
| 3 | The FACP shall be capable of being networked ( future expansion ) with other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through single RS 485 bus.The FACP shall have provision for interfacing with the public address system and BMS( RS 48S ). The panel should have modbus output & ready to communicate with remote computer. The system must be preloaded with licenced software. | 13 | I) The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of1. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards.2. lS 21893. NFPA 70 National Electric Code4. NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code5. local Statutory Regulations6. Manufacturer Recommendation. |
| 14 | II)TESTS:1.The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualihed competent,trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments ald tests for the system. 2. Before energizing the cables and wires, check for correct connections and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as perabove standards must be done. |
| 15 | III) Auto CAD Drawing of whole FDA system &submission of 5 set hard copy of drawing and soft copy(in Auto-CAD format) is to be submitted. |
| 16 | IV) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer f OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warrant5z / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. |
| 17 | V) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer I OEM I authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. |
