Or Registered/Notarized Lease Deed For Ten Years Or A Notarized Mou With The Land Owner Stating That The Land Will Be Purchased Or Taken On Lease Through A Registered Lease Deed For Ten Years On Acceptance Of The Bid In Favour Of Successful Bidder Along With Location Map Of The Project Land Demarcating The Boundaries And Separate Entry And Exit From National Highway.
