Tender For Centrifuging of transformer oil of 40MVA T/F-I at 132KV S/S Shankargarh under Electy. Trans. Division-III, Prayagraj - Centrifuging of T/F oil in the T/F tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifuging pipe, circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine & taking BDV vallue of the oil preiodically till the required vallue is achieved as per direciton of supervising engineer and alos measurement of PPM. All labour T&P centrigusing machine shall be provided by contractor at his own cost. 2 Coducting BDV, DGA, Water Content, Specific Resistance, Dielectric Dissipation Factor, Total Acidity, Inter Facial Tension at 270C, Furan Analysis, Flash Point. Tan Delta test of T/F oil of 40 MVA T/F-I period to charging and after passing of 15 Days from the date of charging. Job inludes sampel collection of T/F oil in suitable container & its Transporation to cerified lab & submission its test report (All test charges on contractor accounts). Oil testing to be done at PGCIL Lab.
