Painting And Repair Work In Babina Inspection Building. - Dismanfltng extsting plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in,charqe with in a distance of 60 meter (200 Ieet) (As per sor SI No. 706) Ch-17. 2 12 mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10 mm with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work. Plaster & pointing (As per sor Ch.-13 17.58(III)) Ch-13. 3 15 mm thick plaster on brick work on rough surface with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work. (As per sor SI. No. 17.59(iii)) Ch-13. 4 Providing and applying Plaster of paris putty of 2 mm Thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(As per sor New Item DAR 13.26) Ch-15. 5 One priming coat and Two coat oil distemper on new work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (As per sor SI No. 649+650).Ch-15 6 Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved makeand quality on new work with three coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. (As per sor SI No. 660+661).Ch-15 7 Providing and fixing first quality white glazed Orissa pattern WC pan Hindustan, Cere make. earthen ware ISI marked WC pan size580 mm (Hindustan, Ceta make) with 10 cm HCI P trap of approved make including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work cutting and making goodfloors where required with cement sand and grit. The seat and trap shall have to be fixed over minimum 3 thick cc in proportion of 12:6:1 including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. complete. SI. SI No 22 Ch-22. 10 Providing and fixing 550x400 mm wash hand basin white glazed earthen ware 1st quality ISI marked ( Hindustan, Neyeer, Ceramake ) with R.S. or C.I. brackets painted white , 15 mm diaC.P. brass pillar cock (wt. not less than 400 gms) including S/o all material labour T&P etc. fittings used should be of superior quality.(As per item no. 12+23.125) Ch-22+24. 11 Providing and fixing STEEL SINK 610mm x 450mm x 250mmwith out drainage board sink of , Perry, Blue star, Eagle make Ist quality ISI marked with RS or CI brackets, CP brass chain with rubber plug 32 mm dia with necessary unions, 32mm CP brass waste complete with checknut, 32mm CP brass trap with necessary unions including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work and including cutting and making good the walls where required with cement, sand of grit fittings used should be of superior quality. (As per item no. Ch-21(88+91)+Ch-22(6+14). 12 Supply and installing of low density potyethylene seamless one peacc moulded tank and placing the same in proper position including att taxos labour and T&P etc for proper completion of the work. Tank should be ISI marked (for 500 Liters) (As per SOR SI No-New Item-1) Ch-19.
