No. Item Description 1 Part-A : Civil WorkBased on BSR 2022, PWD Rajasthan 2 Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, coloumns, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc up to floor three level excluding the const centering and shuttering.1:1.5:3 (1Cement :1.5 Course Sand :3 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size 3 White washing with lime to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (three or more coats). 4 Supply & stacking good earth at site complete including loading , unloading and transportation etc &Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50 Mtr. and lift upto 1.5 Mtr. 5 Provding and laying of approved class top surface of playfield with clay mix with sandy soil and wooden dust in apporved ratio as per available characteristics of blackcotton soil layed with proper grinding screening and compaction by using water
