Name of Work: Design, Manufacturing, Supply & Erection of G+1 building at Patharnaki, Kiru HEP, Dist. Kishtwar


1	Design, Manufacturing, Supply & Erection of G+1 staff accommodation building (HabiNest or equivalent) as per the approved layout with interior and exterior finish as per the specification attached as Annexure-A to this BOQ. The detailed scope of work is attached as Annexure-B to this BOQ. The rooms shall be provided with all furniture, fixtures and other miscellaneous items as per list enclosed at Annexure-C to this BOQ. The bidder has to provide a separate cost breakup of furniture and other items as mentioned at Annexure C.
