Operation & Comprehesive Service maintenance of Telecommunication System & Operation of CCTV Surveillance system for the O/o CCE (R&D) Estates South, Hyderabad.(Percentage OH & CP to Quote only on this amount)Note:a) See Appendix-F for details of wages and other elements & cost of items included in the amount.b) The % (Percentage) quoted is deemed to include the following:-i) Contractor Profit, Over Heads & Service Charges for complete scope of work including Statutory payment given under.ii) Cost of all items/ tools (if any required over and above already included in the element by department in the estimate i.e Appendix ‘F’).iii) All expenditure to be incurred for satisfactory completion of work as per the scope of work & special terms & conditions as per the tender.iv) Quoted rate (in percentage) should be ≥ 3.85% as per the tender enquiry clause No. 24 (b).

Statutory payments like EPF, ESI, Bonus, VDA & GST on EPF, ESI, Bonus & VDA (see Appendix ‘F’ for details).(Percentage not to quote on this amount)NOTE: i) This amount will be reimbursed/ paid against actual expediture made (restricted to the estimate/ eligible amount) on submission of documentary proof of payments to the concerned authorities.ii) Overhead profit element not applicable over this amount.
