Scope of work for AMC of FDAS of Notifier series of M/s Honeywell a) Manpower Requirements i) Service engineer is responsible for all predictive maintenance, physical inspection <(>&<)> will attend all emergency calls for FDAS. ii) Vendor shall be OEM or authorized representative of OEM of FDAS system. iii) Vendor will depute 1 highly skilled Engineer and 4 skilled technicians dedicatedly for AMNS Hazira Site. Also, another engineer to be deputed for emergency or in-case if regular engineer is absent. iv) The regular service engineer/ supervisor will have minimum experience of 3 years, dedicatedly in FDAS maintenance and should be able to maintain all type <(>&<)> models as per list submitted. AMNSIL representative shall take interview before deputation. v) The engineers/ supervisor will be employee of Vendor, whom AMNSIL will give AMC. AMC will start after deputation of site service engineer/ supervisor only. SPOC for AMNSIL will be shared with vendor. vi) In case of major shutdown, vendor will arrange additional engineers for maintenance, for which AMNSIL must inform them one week in advance. They should also have minimum 3-year experience in the same field. vii) Vendor shall provide all PPEs to his employees as per AMNSIL requirement. viii) Medical test, Workman Policy/Insurance, compensations, all IR related compliances shall be under vendor’s scope. ix) Suitable penalty will be imposed if the plant gets suffer because of any human error during maintenance activity. x) If the Vendor fails to complete the assigned job within the specified period, AMNS India shall be entitled, at its option to deduction of service charges; and/or terminate the PO Documents or part thereof. xi) If manpower of Contractor found involving in any indiscipline act or violation of AMNS rules <(>&<)> regulations; then AMNS India shall have the right to deduct a certain amount (depends on severity of act) as penalty from Vendor’s billing amount. xii) If vendor refuses or is unable to provide sufficient services or manpower to execute and complete the job, then AMNS India shall have imposing any penalty on vendor and the vendor shall not have the right to object. b) Maintenance Activity i) The vendor shall carry out quarterly maintenance activities as per following, (1) Check system for error and alarms. (2) Necessary inspection and maintenance of FDA system. (3) Clean all devices as per agreed schedule. (4) Check SMPS in all devices. (5) Resolve any issue regarding the system and take corrective action for keeping system healthy. (6) Inventory recording to help identify components for replacement and provide test report before and after maintenance. WOFF shall be provided by AMNSIL any day once in a week. No other leaves shall be provided and are liable for deductions. ii) The service engineer and technicians will work as per shutdown time given by the department <(>&<)> there will be no time limitation during breakdown. Rest of the time engineer will remain present in general shift timings of AMNSIL. iii) Vendor will provide breakdown related system support and attend the breakdown within 4 hours of the reported call. He will provide necessary phone call assistance and remote guidance till the problem is attended and resolved. iv) Visit schedule/planning given by AMNS India should be followed religiously. v) The Scope of work shall be performed in time with promptness, diligence, in a skilled and workmanlike manner. vi) Vendor should submit invoice within 15 days after visit. Measurement sheets/ Service completion certificate will be certified by the user department only and counter checked by central electrical department, after which service entry will be done. b) Machines, tools, and consumables for AMC i) Vendor will provide IT gadgets to their engineer for report generation. ii) Required tools and maintenance consumables will be in the scope of Vendor. iii) Engineer shall carry Laptop, Measuring Instruments (multi meter, clamp meter, etc), Tools, Air Blower and other necessary tools with them. iv) If expert help / specific software / communication is required, then vendor will arrange the same. c) Transportation i) Vendor shall provide vehicle (4 wheeler) for internal <(>&<)> external transportation for their men and materials. Driver has to follow AMNSIL’s driving safety rules. Local conveyance charges, Travelling, Lodging and Boarding for service engineers will be in v endor’s scope. ii) No pedestrian/cycle/ 2-wheeler movement will be allowed inside the plant premises. iii) Vendor shall ensure that vehicles used inside plant have vehicle fitted GPS system and shall be able to provide required data when asked by AMNSIL. iv) Vendor shall ensure that vehicle shall always be under fit condition and shall be checked for its healthiness as per AMNSIL vehicle checklist as per relevant FPS on quarterly basis in presence of AMNSIL representatives. d) HSE i) 5S Activities: For the works carried out at site, vendor shall ensure complete 5S, cleaning and housekeeping of the area at all times after finishing the work and before hand over the site to AMNSIL Engineer. ii) HSE Guidelines: Vendor shall ensure to follow and adhere to HSE Code of Conduct for Contractor and its associates, SAFETY MANDATES as per prevailing AMNSIL safety guidelines. e) Scope of work-AMNSIL, Hazira Location i) AMNSIL will provide space for vendor’s Staff <(>&<)> testing equipment storage facility. ii) AMNSIL shall provide, i) Point of Contact: Provide an authorized point of contact(s), specific for the scope of work, for scheduling and coordination purposes through central team. ii) Scheduling: Make dates available for scheduling service through central team. iii) Site Access: Prior to time of scheduled work, provide site access including gate pass through respective department where maintenance is planned. iv) Equipment Access: Convenient access to the equipment through respective department where maintenance is planned.
