12 mm Thick Plaster with cement and approved fine sand in proportion 1:4 over brick work including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 584 Ch. 13.

Supply and fixing of flush doors commerical quality conforming to I.S. 2202 Part 1(1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment fo hinges bolts locks handles springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied (32 mm thick). As per S.I. No. 470(i).

Supply and fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrified tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand mortar finished in its cement colour slurry, jointing and polished of approved quality complete including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. As per Ch. 14 New item No. 5.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC T-beam, slab, roof and R.C.C. columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost as per S.I. No. 288.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete as per MORTH Specification 1600.
