Tender for repairing of Block B 05,06,07 Type-3 houses of residential complex in Police Line Bijnor - M-150 brick work in 1:4 (one cement and Coarse sand) in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per S.I. No. 305. 2 12 mm Thick Plaster with cement and approved fine sand in proportion 1:4 over brick work including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 584 Ch. 13. 3 12 mm Thick Plaster with cement and approved fine sand in proportion 1:3 over brick work including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 583 Ch. 13. 4 Providing an laying brick coba 12mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thickwith gap of 15mm to each other, over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with aereliccement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30cm × cm and side wall parapet shall be mono tythic plaster wall upto 30 cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonary Coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound @2% by weight & including S/o all material, labour, T&P etc complete for proper comletion of work. (Ch. 11 new item no. 3) 5 Distempring 2 coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British, Shalimar asian paint after throughtly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other froeign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. As per S.I. No. 649+650. 6 Painting 1 coats over priming coat (excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of standard make to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all durt dust and other foreign metter sand papering and stopping including cost matter and scoured with wire. (Ch. 15 new item 1(a)+2+3(ii)) 7 R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC T-beam, slab, roof and R.C.C. columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost as per S.I. No. 288. 8 Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete as per MORTH IInd Revision 2019 Specification 1600. 9 Supply and fixing of flush doors commerical quality conforming to I.S. 2202 Part 1(1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment fo hinges bolts locks handles springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied (32 mm thick). As per S.I. No. 470(i). 10 Supply and fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrified tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand mortar finished in its cement colour slurry, jointing and polished of approved quality complete including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. As per Ch. 14 New item No. 5. 11 Electric line repair including labour, material, loading, unloading etc. all works complete. 12 GST18%
