| 13 | Printing,supplying, mounting of Name board on framing the same in 3 mm premium quality ACP sheet as sticker type facade branding(on brick and RCC walls) in proper line & level. The facade branding design , Hospital Name shall be made with premium quality vinyl sheet of approved colour, pasted on 3mm thick premium quality aluminium composite panel (ACP) backing of approved colour, including supply of all material labour etc. required for proper completion of work. Before making the signage text & font of letters in best fit size will be set in computer so as to give aesthetic look as per sample available with HLL. Actual size will be as per design setting in the computer etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing sign board of size 1200X900 mm made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective stickersas approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per HLL Design with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted/bolted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm .3 MFrame work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer)complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 16 | Supply and fixing of sticker type signage at site(up on wooden/ finished wall like surface) in proper line & level. The signage shall be made high quality vinyl sheet with Eco-Solvent Digital Printing of approved colour, upon 5mm thick premium quality sunboard backing of approved colour all including supply of all material labour etc complete. Before Supply of signages the design & sample shall be approved by HLL Engineers incharge. |
