    Tender For Term Contract For Afw In Tirah Line At Mil Stn Dharamshala; To perform such services and execute such works upon the termsand conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents andupon theconditionshere-in-after contained as may be demanded andasare enumeratedin the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of oneyear fromthe date of Acceptance of this contract at the ratecontainedin the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates-2020 (Part-II) including amendment 1 to 122 & Sec 30. Contractor to insert rate/percentage in E15 & F15 cell by striking outwords not required). If no percentage is offered, nil shall be quoted and such other rates as may be fixed under the provn of condition 62 andfurther agreedtorefer all disputes as required by condition 70 tothesole arbitratoran Engineer Officer to be appointed by the ChiefEngineer,western command or in his absence the Officer Commanding asChiefEngineer, whose decision shall be final conclusive and binding.
