Chittorgarh., 1 (BUILDING WORK) 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement :4coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 4 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement:6 sand) 5 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure aboveplinth level and upto five levelabove 30cm. thick walls in Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).Add extra for Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone inWall upto 30cm. and less thickness. 6 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick. 7 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr. : All kinds of soil 8 Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including gettingout the excavated soil anddisposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with a lead in a 50 meter including stacking of useful material if available : Ordinary rock 9 Major repair of wooden shutter including replacing of defective styles / rail panels members & Replacing of fittings like tower bolt aldrop handles etc as required with removing & re fixing of shutters including minor repair of civil works cost of material & labour also complete in all respect 10 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffoldingOld work (one or more coats) including scrapping surface andnecessaryrepairsSame colour 11 Applying one coat of Cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including all scaffolding: 12 Painting exterior surface ofWallwith 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty,etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provisionOld Work 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : One or more coats on old work. 14 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 15 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm. 16 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar. 17 Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows and ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section (IS 1038-1983) joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13x3mm, 10cm. long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm. of 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of plain glass panes 4mm thick with cooper glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws complete including priming coat of approval steel primer, excluding the cost of metal beading and other fitting except necessary hinges of pivots steel handles peg stay etc. as required :Windows side hung /Ventilators top or centre hung (openable) 18 Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. 19 Providing and fixing Square bars or other flat welded to window, ventilatiors etc.
