Nut & Bolts and Spring / Plain Washers as per technical specifications and sample. 4 Supply of spacer suitable for Twin ACSR Moose Conductors with 250 mm spacing duly made of LM-6 Al. alloy complete with 12mm size dia Hot Dip G.I. Nuts & Bolts and Plain/Spring Washers as per technical specifications and sample. 5 Supply of spacer suitable for Twin ACSR Panther Conductors with 75 mm spacing duly made of LM-6 Al. alloy complete with 12mm size dia Hot Dip G.I. Nuts & Bolts and Plain/Spring Washers as per technical specifications and sample. 6 Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 aluminum alloy suitable for ACSR Moose to Moose Conductors with 4 Nos. 16 x 90 mm size dia. Hot Dip G.I. Nuts, Bolts, Spring & Plain Washers as per technical specifications and sample. 7 Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 aluminum alloy suitable for ACSR Moose to Panther Conductors with 4 Nos. 16 x 90 mm size dia. Hot Dip G.I. Nuts, Bolts, Spring & Plain Washers as per technical specifications and sample. 8 Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 aluminum alloy suitable for ACSR Panther to Panther Conductors with 4 Nos. 16 x 90 mm size dia. Hot Dip G.I. Nuts, Bolts, Spring & Plain Washers as per technical specifications and sample. 9 Opening of old Single Jumpers of ACSR Panther Conductor of all the 3 phases from existing 132 K.V. Main Bus Bar Conductors to Main Bus Isolators of 132 K.V. Feeders / Transfer Bus Coupler, 40 MVA-I,40 MVA-II & 63 MVA Transformers, by opening / cutting its Nuts & Bolts, P.G. Clamps and Terminal Connectors in three sections along with shifting of the dismantled conductors, clamps, connectors from switchyard to stores atthe Sub Station. 10 Disconnection of old existing Moose Conductor Bus Connecting Jumper between the Three Bus section after opening / cutting its Nuts & Bolts, P.G. Clamps and Terminal Connectors in four sections including section isolator along with shifting of the dismantled conductors, clamps, connectors from switchyard to stores at the Sub Station. 11 De - stringing and Dismantling of existing 132 K.V. Main Bus Bar of Single ACSR Moose Conductor including de-hoisting of disc insulator tension string with associated tension fitting and disc insulator suspension string with associated suspension fitting from gantry along with shifting of the dismantled conductors, tension fittings, suspension fittings etc. from switchyard to stores at the Sub Station. (01 Job for each phase of each section of the Main Bus Bar) 12 Erection of New 132 KV Bus bar of span 36 mtr. By laying and stringing of ACSR Moose Twin conductor including hosting of disc insulator string and tension fitting etc. to be provided by department after due cutting / fixing of conductors of required size upto Bus Section isolators, fixing of spares etc. to complete the work satifactoraly including shifting of all materials from store to switchyard(01 Job per Phase per Section) 13 Jumpering with Twin ACSR Panther Conductor from newly laid 132 K.V. Main Bus Bar Conductors and 40 MVA-I,40 MVA-II & 63 MVA Transformers, Bus couplers and all 03 no. 132 KV Feeders by Twin ACSR Moose Conductor to Main Bus Isolators of 132 K.V. Feedersand Section Isolators by due cutting & bending of conductors and tightening of jumpers with P.G. Clamps, connectors along with shifting of the conductors, PG Clamps, connectors from stores at the Sub Station to the switchyard.(01 Job for each jumper) 14 Safe Shifting, Loading, Carriage, Unloading of 500 mtr.(approx.) all dismentaled material from 132 kV S/S Khurram Nagar Switchyard to Store of the Sub Station.with all cost of men, carriage vehicle, T & P etc. required for satisfactory completion of the work by the contractor.
