Tender for Upgradation Of Elelctrical System At Skicc - Lighting of Main Gates by way of Providing 12.5 Mtr motorisedHigh Mast fitted with accessories like motorized winch , trailing cable, cable connections, lightning arrester, power tool, feeder pillar box and aviation obstruction luminaire and Light assembly with 12 No.s of 200 W LED flood lights on each High Mast complete with earthing , and foundations. The assembly should be hot dipped galvanized. 2 Providing and Laying ofHDPE pipe 50 mm O/D and inner diameter 38mm including trench excavation in hard soil/magdamized/tiled road. The job further inludes refilling back the same, bringing back the existing contour and removal of surplus excavated material to an appropriate place. 3 Providing and Laying of LT 16 sqmm 4 core Aluminium XLPE armoured cable to be carried through conduit/pipe U/G or A/G only in case of site constrains excluding cost of pipe & trench excavation.The cable shall include end termination lugs with its crimping /taping. 4 UPS for winter hall 5 SITC of20KVA on line UPS system for Winter Hall with 3 phase input and 1 phase output complete with SMF VRLA batteries to provide back up time of >60 minutes on full load (minimum VAH-32000) including MS battery rack, link sets, battery leads work complete as per specifications attached with 3 years on site warranty. Make APC, EATON, EMERSON, DELTA, NUMERIC, or Equivalent. 6 Providing and Laying input Main Cable 1.1KV,35 sqmm 4 core Copper XLPE armoured cable to be carried through conduit/pipe U/G or A/Gincluding cost of pipe & trench excavation wherever neccessary. This includes end termination lugs with its crimping /taping. 7 SITC of Distribution Service Panel (Wall Mounted) made out of CRCA sheetpainted through 7 tank process with PU painted,aluminium Busbars with heat shrinkable sleeves of adequate capacities complete with all accessories consisting primarily ofone number of 100Amp TPN MCCB andthree numbers of 63 Amp DP MCCB. 8 SITC of Distribution Service Panel (Wall Mounted) made out of CRCA sheet painted through 7 tank process with PU painted, consisting of :a) 100Amp DP MCCB C curve01Nob) 40Amp DP MCB 08 No c) 20Amp DP MCB 08 Nod) 10Amp DP MCB08 No 9 SITC of 100Ampere Four Pole onload change over switch wall mounted 10 Providing and Laying of wire with thesizes 16 sq. mm of 1.1KV grade FRLS PVC insulated multistranded flexible copper conductor(ISI Mark), single core cable inrecessed/surfacePVC conduit/Channel(ISI Mark) as required. This includes all accessories like steel/PVC saddles, rowel plugs, screws etc, including the cost of PVC Conduit. 11 Providing and fixing of tinned copper lugs including heat shrinkable sleeves for cable wire mentioned above. 12 Providing and Laying of wire for sub main wiring with thesize 4.0 sq. mm of 1.1KV grade FRLS PVC insulated multistranded flexible copper conductor(ISI Mark), single core cable inrecessed/surfacePVC conduit/channel (ISI Mark) as required.
