For the items of the G.Schedule which have reference to Raj, P.W.D. (BSR) 28 September. 2022 (civil)/ 2022 (Electric) the relevant rates as mentioned in PW.D. (BSR) 28 September, 2022 (civil)/ 2022 (Electric) shall considered to be correct and applicable in case of any discrepancy in the rates mentioned above for such items and that shown in P.W.D. (BSR) 28 September, 2022 (civil)/2022 (Electric) applicable for Jodhpur City2. All deduction shall be deducted from the contractor bill as per applicable government rules3. Royalty will be deducted from the contractor bill as per rule & contractor will obtained theShort term license from the mining department.
