The AHU brief specifications and capacities are as under :-(a) Panel construction and casing(b) Frame :- Extruded Aluminum Hollow Profile, the profile box shall be of minimum 45±2 mm. Frame should be assembled using glass fibre reinforced nylon joints/corner.(c) Panel :- Panel shall be double construction, insulated with rockwool having density 96±2 kg/cum. Rockwool insulation shall be sandwitched between the sheats. Effective thickness of sandwitch panel shall be 43±2 mm.(i) Outer skin 1.00 mm thick, GSS powder coated with minimum 50 micron thickness.(ii) Inner skin 1.00 mm thick, GSS powder coated with minimum 50 micron thickness.(d) AHU shall havewater tight positive pressure access/service door duly interlocked with fan. AHU shall have thermally insulated totally sealed glass inspection window. Door shall be hinged type, hinged shall be casted powder coated zinc alloy. Flush lock and handle shall be of glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Inspection lamp with limit switch.(e) Base Frame :-Base frame ZHK Indu, GR-LP80 galvanized steel.(f) Mixing Box Section. Mixing box shall have fresh air, return air damper. The dampers shall be low leakage Aerofoil design in aluminium construction.(g) Filter Section:- Filter section with 50 mm thick box type pre filter (MERV-8), 305 mm thick microvee filter mounted on a common filter frame and 305 mm thick HEPA filter having efficiency 99.9% down to 0.3 micron. Pre filters shall have efficiency 90% down to 10 micron and fine filters having efficiency 95% down to 5 micron. |

The test standard used shall be ANSI/AMCA 210-85, ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 51-1985 \"Laboratory Method of Testing Fans of Rating\" and AMCA 300 \"Reverberant Room Method for Sound Testing of fans\"(iii) Fan shall be dynamically trim (Two stage) balanced to ISO1940 and AMCA 204/3 - G2.5 quality grade after assembly.(iv) Fan Impeller should be of cold Rolled sheet steel polyster powder coating. Fan Inlet Cone must be Sprun GSS having GSM 220, zero sprangle.(v) Impeller should be directly coupled on Motor shaft to avoid any maintenance and to save drive transmission losses.(vi) Fan assembly should be mounted on Cushy foot mounted Vibration isolater. No Sprint mount Isolator for Plug fans.(vii) Quality of the fan should be with respect to its international standard.(viii) Fan RPM should be controlled through VFD to achieve require RPM. (ix) Fan performance curve should be of single RPM curve. It should not be multi RPM curve(x) Motor should be VFD compatible, IE3, TEFC, 50HZ, 415V, IP 55 protect foot mounted Motor & shall be of a minimum 130% of the fan power absorbed (Brake Horsepower) and shall have sufficient torque available for starting and continuous operation. |

| 114 | MOTOR CONTROL PANEL FOR AHU OF OT Supply Install, testing and commissioning LT Distribution Panel (CPRI type tested ) cubicle type IP-56, indoor type conforming to IS-5039, factory fabricated made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC supports. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC and having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shell have frame work, bottom should have suitable size of MS channel section MC 100 fixed to the top of platform. The platform for LT panel shall be pedestal type of suitable width and 600mm height above ground level and minimum 400mm below the ground level constructed with Bricks (Sub class ‘B’) work duly plastered in CM 1:3 and PCC copping (1:2:4) not less than 50mm thick over brick pedestal with adequate opening for entry of cable complete as per manufacture recommendation and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment , front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter , figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following :- |
