Providing fabrication & fixing in position One No. MS steel tank of capacity 25KL over foundation for storing transformer oil as per approved drawing & specifications i/c all T&P labour materal etc. i/c following works – i. Man hole with cover.ii. Breather pipe as per drg.iii. Ladder arrangement in side & out sideiv. 65 mm dia outlet medium grade GI pipe as per requirement i/c 65 mm dia gun metal heavy duty ISI mark gate valve- 1 No.v. Complete welding, grinding, finishing, riveting if required jointing etc. completevi. Anticorrosive painting i/c priming coat in side & aluminum painting on outside of tank,transportation , M.H. ladder pipe line etc and i/c radiographic testing as per IS-4853 and Ultrasonic test IS 1182 for welding to be done. Note - Approximate weight of each tank is 3258 Kg.
