Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm (GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main \"T\" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross \"T\" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main \"T\" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross \"T\" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main \"T\" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(As per CSR-2020 item No.13.80)

Providing & Fixing Power CoatedGIClip -In Metal Tile 600x600x 0.5 MM thickness of Gyptech Make, including providing & fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/roll form GI sheet with zinc coating of both side, consisting of channel50 mm wide having equal flanges of 32 and 0.55 mm thick, fixed to the wall at the spacing of 610 mm center to center with holding clump with metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flanges of 34 mm and other flanges 36 mm and 0.55mm thick fixed vertically with in flanges of walls channel and placed at a spacing of 610mm center to center by 6mm dia bolts including fixing of studs along both ends of wall fixed flush to wall/column with suitable anchor fasters or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450mm center to center . Stud of 48 mm wide having flanges of 34mm and other flange 36mm and 0.55 mm thick is to be provided at 610 mm center to make frame work as grid of size 610mmX610mm by 25mm long dry wall self-tapping screws with under head to cutter on studs, walls channels at the spacing of 200mm center to center including fixing of suitable beading at the joints as per approved design and direction of in engineer in-charge all complete. S&F 0.5 mm thick polyester power coating metal clip in tiles of size 600X600, water resistant, non-combustible as per B. S 476Part, termite resistant and thermal conductivity 0.15 w/m complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-In –Charge.(As per NSI)
