Demolition cement concrete floors (other than ground floors Unreinforced) and removing from the premises to a lead of 100mtr.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, including removing tarfelt if any and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terrancing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thickon fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with 1:4 cement mortar.

Material & labour for cement concrete floor of 40mm thick, type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) and finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair(without using extra cement)

Material & labour for providing APP basedPolymeric membrane roof treatment with following provisions complete all as specified and directed in accordance with manufacturer\"s instructions:- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer, polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the based primer evaporated completely.(b) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non-woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilised with fibre glass strands, not less than 3mm thick, with 100mm side overlap and 150mm end overlap and not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.APP Membrane of Make/Name of Manufacturer: Super Thermoly of STP Ltd./ MOPLY FP of Texsa India Ltd/IWL India Ltd./Tiki Tar. (The test certificate of APP and bitumen primer to be produced separately).

Material & labour for applying one coat of of heat resisting paint over polymeric membrane exposed to sun light.

Material & labour for, mixing liquid Integral waterproofing compound as per manufacturer specification. Make will be approved by EIC during execution of work.(Make : Dr. Fixit/Roff/Asian Paints) .

Taking down 20 mm dia existing GI tube and refixingwith all fittings and re-fixed complete to walls/floor/ceiling etc.
