    Tender For 2000155815, Zebra Conductor Replacement Job 1 2000155815 10 10 10 REPLACEMENT OF CONDUCTOR 1 LO Email : TEJALBEN.PATEL@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Tejalben Patel Item Details : Vendor Name : Jyona Power Replacement of Single tension Zebra conductor Hardware with New conductor and mid span joint during specific Shutdown condition Replacement of jumper Zebra conductor with fire wage connector/lug with required other accessories during specific Shutdown condition Scope of work Vendor: Hot Spot at 220KV Towers. 1.Apply local discharge rod. 2.Disconneted of Jumper 3.Prepare new jumper as per required length. 4.Apply Lug on both the sides of jumpers. 5.Connect the jumpers at the dead end of the line conductor. 6.If the lugs are not suitable with existing line dead end, apply fire wage connector at the ends <(>&<)> make jumper continuity through. 7.Disconnected string at Insulator dead end. 8.Drop down disconnected conductor from Tower. 9.cut <(>&<)> remove damage conductor( approx 10-15 mtr length) 10.Provide joints and connect new conductor with remaining conductor string. 11.Provide new dead end at newly connected conductor end. 11.Make a required modification in jumper to make a suitable connection with newly made dead end. 9.Reconnected conductor with Tower string Insulator. 12.connect jumper to dead Electrical Path . 13. Remove discharge rod. 14.All require tools , Safety gears, other arrangement to disconnect/ connect conductor string , manpower,etc will be in contractor Scope. Scope of work AMNS : Permit given Supervision Co-ordination
