| 1 | Following work is to be carried out for replacement of gaskets including other associated work for 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F-II (Technical Associate make) at 132 KV S/S Shankargarh under ETD-III, Prayagraj with all cost of man, material T&P as per technical specification for proper completion of the work with due safety and precautions as per direction of supervising engineer:- |
| 2 | Loading of 20 KL oil storage tank from 132 KV S/S Naini Complex, then safe carriage oil tank from 132 KV Naini Complex to 132 KV S/S Shankargarh and unloading the sameto the places instucted by supervising engineer (distance approx. 55 Km.) vehicle/trailler and man power provided by contractor at his own cost |
| 3 | Opening of jumpers of HV/LV side bushing and removal of earthing strip from neutral bushing. |
| 4 | Dismantling of 40 MVA T/F-II accessories inclduing radiator, bushing, buchholz relay oit pipe line from conservator tank to main tank, oil pipe to OLTC and surge relay conservator tank. |
| 5 | Complete drain out of old transformer oil from the existing 40 MVA Transformer-II into empty oil drums/oil tanker. |
| 6 | Replacement of all gasket including the top cover gasket of T/F by providing & fixing of new gasket as per existing size made rubberized cork sheet Kotika/Turboze/NU corck brand grade 07 after due fabrication. |
| 7 | Cleaning of core & widing by T/F oil & removal of sludge from bottom man taink. |
| 8 | Applying vaccum to above T/F upto 760mm of HG for 24 Hrs. with adequate capacity vaccume pump after necessary blacking/erection as per requirement. |
| 9 | Filling of dry nitrogen gas having DEW point (-600c to -650cunder vaccum from top value of T/F upto pressure of 3 PSI & maintaining the same in the tank for 12 Hrs. including the cost of Nitrogen gas & Nitrogen gas filling device. |
| 10 | Creating vaccum inside the main tank for period for 12 Hrs. & filling of centrifuged T/F oil in the main tank of required VDB after preparation in 20 KV Oil tanker. |
| 11 | Complete erecion of 40 MV AT/F-II including radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets connecting oil pipe line, erection of cooling fan making control cable connection, buchhloz relay etc. topping up of T/F oil and final oil filling in the main tank, radiator, conservator tank & all other accessories. |
| 12 | Centrifuging of T/F oil in the T/F tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifuging pipe, circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine & taking BDV vallue of the oil preiodically till the required vallue is achieved as per direciton of supervising engineer and alos measurement of PPM. All labour T&P centrigusing machine shall be provided by contractor at his own cost. |
| 13 | Spray painting of 40 MVA T/F-II with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats smoke grey good quality enamel paint after cleaning of rust, dust and oil spots etc. |
| 14 | Coducting BDV, PPM, DGA, Tan Delta test of T/F oil of 40 MVA T/F-II period to charging and after passing of 15 Days from the date of charging. Job inludes sampel collection of T/F oil in suitable container & its Transporation to cerified lab & submission its test report (All test charges on contractor accounts). |
