| 3 | Carefully removing of bulged out stone masonry Prakara wall and stacking useful materials for reuse and disposal of debris within a distance of 150m including lifting down of material more than 3.00m height as per site condition etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 4 | Earthwork excavation in hard soil exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.50m etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 5 | Filling of the sand bed at foundation including consolidation, ramming etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 6 | Providing Lime concrete 1:2:4 (1 lime: 2 Sand : 4 Brick aggregate of 40mm size) including cost, conveyance of all materials, galnut, Jaggery, labour charges, curing charges, beating with wooden bats, loading and un loading charges, mixing charges, transport and placing and seigniorage charges etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 7 | Reconstruction of Prakara wall with Granite stone masonry (Veneering) in lime mortar 1:2 and pointing the wall up to height of 6.15 mtrs including curing etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 8 | Reconstuction/ Relaying of dismantled granite stone like, roof slabs, beams ,pillars, capitals in lime mortar 1:2 and pointing stone joints in Lime mortar 1:2at the height of 6.15 m including curing etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 9 | Providing Core filling in between the veneer walls with brick jelly concrete using 20- 40mm brick aggregate in Lime Mortar 1:2 as per the existing pattern etc. complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 10 | Providing Coping over the Prakara wall by using same /similar kind of bricks in Lime mortar 1:2 etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 11 | Providing Water tightening the terrace by providing brick jelly lime concrete (1lime: 2Sand: 4brick aggregate of size 20mm) to an average depth of 20 cm with proper camber including ramming, consolidating etc., finally 20mm thick plastering the top with Lime mortar1:2 by using all necessary adhesive materials etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to Two story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building and including all taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge. |
| 13 | Laying new Granite stone flooring with neatly dressed stone of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness Not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly limeconcrete1:2:4(1 lime: 2 sand:4 brick aggregate of size 20mm) of 100mm thick and laying in Lime mortar 1:2 and pointing the joints with same mortar and curing etc. complete as directed by the site in charge. |
