Detail Of Material To Be Used:- I) P.H Booster Ii)Scale Softener/ Softening Agent Iii)Oxygen Scavenger These Chemicals Must Maintain Following Parameters During Boiler Operation:- A)P.H Of Feed Water Will Be Maintained Between 8.5 To 9.0 . B)P.H Of Boiler Drum Water Will Be Maintained Between 9.50 To 10.50. C)Boiler T.D.S Will Be Maintained Between 800-1000 Ppm D)Boiler Water Sulphite Should Be 25 To 30 Ppm E)Phosphate Should Be 15 To 30 Ppm Note:- 1)The Representative Of Party Will Be Available In Mills For 24 Hrs In Whole Crushing Season & Will Do Weekly Chemical Analysis Of Boiler Water With His Company Owned Testing Kit. 2)Dosing Pump Will Be Provided By The Party. 3)Rate Should Be Per Day Basis.
