The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed.5.The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6.The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount.
