Office At Sarabong For The Year 2024-25.; 1 Dismentaling and removing25 mm thick grading concrete on roof slab clearing the surface and removing the debris with in 50 mtr lead. 2 25 mm thick grading concrete ( 1:2:2 ) on roof slab with 6mm size hard granite chips on etc complete. 3 Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in foundation & plinth cost, carriage, royalty etc. complete. 4 16mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) over brick work with cost, carriageroyalty etc. complete. 5 12mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) over Brick Masonry finished smooth in Out side wall etc complete. 6 Providing fitting and fixing of GCI sheet in roofing including all cost conveyance taxes etc. complete. 7 Supplying, fixing and fitting of M.S.Door and window shutters and grills with frames and all other fittings including all cost, conveyance and taxes etc. 8 Providing fitting fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 20 center to center, L section No.1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 20x20 with 9 mm thick Prelaminated particle board (Novapan standard type) (I.S.I.) suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge 9 Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials labour T & P etc. as per direction of Engineer -In -charge. in Ground Floor 10 Distempering two coatsto walls with approved make distemper of approved shed on new work to give an even shed including cost of distemper , labour, T&P all comp. 11 Providing and Painting Finished wall surface withWeather Coat Paint two coats of approved shed including cost of paint, labour, T&P all comp.
