Tender For For “Testing Of 33 Kv, 11 Kv Feeder And Power T/F Protection Under Eutd (Chowk) Lesa (Central Zone) Lucknow.” - Testing of 33KV power T/F & 33 KV Transformer breaker & panel at 33/11 KV S/Ss under jurisdiction of EUTD-VI including following tests:-a)Insulation test.b)Open circuit/Ratio & sort circuit test.c)Magnetization current test.d)Magnetic Balance test.e) Other test including BDV & neutral andbody resistance of T/F. The test should be carried out by bringing testing kit and all required instruments on site by the contractor, making all necessary connection for above tests and insuring healthiness of transformers. Complete testing shall be done once half yearly or as and when required. Testing of 33 KV VCB by primary injection, oil temperature indicator, oil level indicator &bushels relay, by operation of individual alarm/trip circuits of above. Testing of annunciation/indication circuits displaying on panel. The work includes cleaning adjustment of relay contacts & springs by manual and protection trip commands generated by relays through primary injection set. Remote/local operation also to be checked. All T & Ps as required for above work should be provided by the contractor. 2 Testing of 33 KV VCB & panel by primary injection set. Testing of annunciation/ indication circuits displaying on panel. The work includes cleaning, adjustment of relay setting, contacts & springs by manual and protection trip command generated by relays through primary injection set. Remote/local operation also to be checked All T&Ps as required for above work should be provided by the contractor. 3 Testing of indoor type 33 KV VCB & panel by primary injection set. Testing of annunciation/ indication circuits displaying on panel. The work includes cleaning, adjustment of relay setting, contacts & springs by manual and protection trip command generated by relays through primary injection set. Remote/local operation also to be checked All T&Ps as required for above work should be provided by the contractor. 4 Testing for 11 KV incoming/outgoing breaker/panels including testing of CT ratio by primary injection set. Testing of relays and its setting as per requirement. The work includes cleaning of relay. Checking and operation of VCB/OCB by remote/local and manual/protection command generated through primary injection set with operation of relays. For Tightening of all contacts testing of Relay & control wiring, equipment (About training of employee officers etc.) All T & Ps as required for above work should be provided by the contractor.
