This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Internal work Exposed on wall) 10 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 11 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVCpipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 12 110mm dia 13 Providing, fixing and jointing with solvent cement PVC (Pressure class 4Kg/Sqm) soil waste and vent pipe accessories of approved make and quality Fittings with / without door (Plain bend, tee, y junction terminal guard etc.) 14 110 mm outer dia 15 Water proofing treatmentto terrace 16 Chipping and removing the existing tiles and saturating wih with NITO BOND SBR LATEX/or approved equivalent, added with water in the ration of 1:1and allow to dry 02.Mixing cement sand and 6mm aggregate 1:3:4 added withNITO BOND SBR LATEX or approved equivlent 250ml per bag of cement 17 Cleaning the surface with wire brush and air blowe. Applying one coat of FOSROC NITOPROOFWB primer / or equivalent with mix ratio( 1litre primer and and 2 litre water) (coverage of 1 litre primer 25-30 sqm) and allow the primer to touch dry condition Applying single component FosrocRoof Guard Premium a Polyurethene coating on concrete surface.The second coat application of FosrocRoof Guard Premium a Polyurethene coating should be done after six hours of first coat This treatment should be taken upto 45cm to the parapet wall 18 Providing treatment to the damaged slab, beam and column concrete surfaces which includes chipping spalled concrete, cleaning of reinforcementto remove the rust, application of Nitozone Primer (Fosroc or equivalent) over reinforcement, application of Nitobond SBR (Fosroc or equivalent) Polymer coating to the concrete surface as a bonding agent, For slab surfaces plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with Nitobond SBR at 3.5 litres per bag of cement in layers to finish it to the original level. (The rate is inclusive of cement, sand and the required chemicals and excluding the cost of scaffolding) 19 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies,M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
