Tender For Structural Glazing In Class Room (North Side).; 1 a) Removal of old glasses from the damaged portion including scaffolding etc. as required complete and disposal of debris as directed by engineer in chargeb) b) Providing & fixing of 6mm reflective toughened glass of approved colour including necessary cleat, bracelets, silicon sealant, all fittings, additional subframe for structural etc. complete as directed bu engineer in charge 2 Providing and fixing aluminium work for structural glazing framework with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fastener of required dia and size , including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top , bottom and sides are required EPDM rubber / neoprane gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straigth, mitred and jointed mechanically whenever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glaazing / panneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per drawings or as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Powder Quoted Aluminium (minimum Thickness) 3 Steel work welded in built up sections/ frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required
